Our Story
Our story begins in the catering world. For over 30 years, my dad worked as a caterer, serving unforgettable meals at events across the upstate New York region. One of his biggest hits? Steamed lobster. Guests loved it—especially during the summer months—but there was one problem: no pot was big enough to cook 150 lobsters at once.
So, my dad did what he does best—he created a solution. Using his hands-on experience and problem-solving mindset, he designed a commercial lobster steamer that could handle 150 lobsters with ease. Suddenly, what used to be a challenge became simple, efficient, and impressive. Guests at events were amazed by the equipment and started asking where they could get one for themselves.
That’s when the idea was born. My dad began sharing his commercial lobster steamer with others, and what started as a tool for his catering business turned into a product people loved and trusted.
Now, I’m proud to continue his vision by offering these steamers to you.
